The SXL Double-Force Rotary Clamping Cylinder builds on the 32 mm SXL with a tandem piston arrangement that multiplies clamp force at the same supply pressure. Carroland offers it where the standard SXL rotation-and-clamp motion must hold against significantly higher reaction loads.
The double-force design stacks two piston areas in series, roughly doubling output versus a single-piston unit of the same bore. The integrated rotation still collapses turn-and-clamp into one station, and the magnetic ring confirms actuation. It is the heavy-duty end of the SXL rotary-clamp family.
