The SXL(R)25×20 Rotary Clamping Cylinder takes the 25 mm bore SXL and extends the clamp stroke to 20 mm, giving Carroland’s integrated rotary-clamp design more travel for deeper or thicker parts. It performs the same combined rotate-then-clamp motion in a single cycle.
The longer stroke accommodates taller locators and deeper engagement without a secondary actuator. Left or Right rotation is selectable, and the magnetic ring reports clamp state to the controller. The 25 mm bore keeps the unit in the standard-duty class while the extra stroke adds flexibility.
