The ZD25-10 Compact Cylinder pairs a 25 mm bore with a 10 mm standard stroke, giving Carroland’s thin-cylinder line a balanced combination of clamp force and a low installed profile. It is engineered for consumer-electronics and iPhone production stations where board real estate is limited but a dependable mid-range force is still required.
The thin-wall body keeps the cylinder’s height to a minimum while the precision guide absorbs side loads from off-axis contact, protecting the piston rod and extending service life on repetitive cycles. A magnetic ring as standard provides end-of-stroke confirmation to the cell controller without extra sensors.
