ZD25-20 Compact Cylinder

The ZD25-20 Compact Cylinder extends the 25 mm bore to a 20 mm long stroke, doubling the travel of the standard variant while keeping the ZD family’s thin cross-section. Carroland designed it for stations that need more linear reach but cannot accept the height of a conventional cylinder.

The longer stroke supports deeper insertion, part ejection, and lift-and-present motions without adding a second actuator. The precision guide maintains alignment across the full 20 mm travel, and the magnetic ring reports both end positions to the controller for sequence verification.
